Unless otherwise indicated, standard shipping from Kojunbo is included in the price of most items.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees, or other local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted on eligible items when you contact Kojunbo within 7 calendar days of delivery. Made-to-order, personalized, bespoke/custom, and items identified as non-returnable are excluded.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
